Who are we looking for?
We are currently looking for business minded individuals that have a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Our contractors need to have self discipline and excellent customer service skills. Telecommunications experience preferred but not required. This opportunity is great for stay at home parents, veterans, adult students, and retired people looking to make a few extra dolllars.

Updated Web Browser: Edge, Mozilla Firefox, or Chrome for Windows. • Most recent update must be installed in order to maintain the security of your device and your data.

Windows Firewall must be enabled. Windows Security Real-Time Protection MUST be enabled and up to date.

Other security software may be incompatible and should be avoided. Technical support may not be available if your software configuration is not compatible with the Arise® Platform or customer-required servicing software.

Schedule
How does this work?
If offered a contract, you will have your pick of clients to choose from. You must complete training so you are experienced to service for that particular client. You can make your own schedule within the limits that the client provides. Some clients offer hours 24/7, some only offer hours from 6 am - 10 pm. Hours are solely dependent of the client you choose. Most clients do require a minimum of 15 hours per week, and some of those hours on specified days (but you can choose which hours!).

Who can apply?
Anyone can apply! This opportunity is great for stay at home parents, retired people looking for a little extra income, college students, and veterans.
How do I get paid?
You will be paid by direct deposit twice monthly. Pay dates are the 1st and 15th of each month. If you do not have a bank account, you can sign up for a pre paid bank card for free!
Are there any start up costs?
It depends on what equipment you already have. You do need a Computer (Windows 11), USB headset, High Speed Internet and Ethernet cord.
Please Note: you may need a a plain old telephone line and keypad/headset call center phone depending on the client you service for.
Do you take out taxes?
As an Independent Contractor, you will be responsible for paying the IRS any tax money owed. We recommend you contact your local IRS office and discuss which taxes would be taken out and which deductions you are eligible for as an independent contractor. Your 1099 Tax Form will be given so that you have the opportunity to write off any platform fees paid throughout the tax year.
How much money can I make?
That is solely up to you! Most clients do require that you at least work 15 hours per week, but you can schedule as little or as many hours as you want beyond that. Reports show that the average agent can earn anywhere from $200-$1200 per pay period. Average pay is $10-$19.50 per hour.
Can I Work From Anywhere?
No. We are not currently accepting applicants that reside in the following states: California, Connecticut, Colorado, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Oregon, Washington, Wisconsin, Illinois, Minnesota, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, and Vermont.
Please Note: You must be 18 years of age or older to apply and legally reside in the US.
What about training?
Yes. Certification courses can be as short as 3-10 days or 2-6 weeks, depending on the client and the complexity of the program. Depending on the client you choose, you may be able to start earning revenue approximately 10 days after class has started. This is an earn while you learn opportunity. In most cases, there will still be facilitator instructional time during or after this phase has started.
Are there any additional fees?
Yes. Independent Contractors incur a monthly service fee upon successful completion of the certification course. The fee is applied to each pay period for every agent and is non-negotiable. Please Note: The fee is not applied to any agent in the registration process or certification course and not yet servicing.
NEW STARTING JUNE 2025: There is a client platform fee of 5% of your earnings per payroll and Dial Company LLC service fee of $25 per payroll invoice period.
What's Included? The client service fees are charged for the infrastructure that is provided, including 24/7 Client Technical Support Help Desk, the scheduling system, distribution of payroll, opportunities to work remotely, continuing education, training sessions, IBO services, addressing any issues that may arise and any correspondence that will enable you to be a successful independent contractor.
Additional Info
You are not eligible for unemployment benefits as an independent contractor.
Dial Company LLC does not offer medical, dental, vacation, retirement or overtime, etc.
Dial Company LLC does not pay you for your time while completing your certification course.
You will start working and earning income as soon as you complete and pass the certification course. Depending on you and the first day of your certification course, it can take up to 1-2 months to start earning revenue. The clock starts from the time you start registration, complete and pass your background check, choose a client to certify for, pay the course fee and complete/pass the certification.
You will be required to sign an independent contract agreement and summary of understanding to protect you and Dial Company LLC.
Dial Company LLC will provide you with all of the correspondence, documentation, additional services and assistance to make your work from home opportunity a successful journey to financial freedom.
As an agent (Independent Contractor), you will be able to advance within the client program that you service for and based upon your performing metrics(becoming a top performer).
